Chimney Flashing Replacement in Wandana Heights

We recently had the opportunity to work on a project in Wandana Heights, where we were tasked with replacing the chimney flashing on a residential property. The existing flashing had rusted out and was no longer providing adequate protection against leaks, causing damage to the interior of the home.

Our team quickly got to work, removing the old flashing and carefully inspecting the chimney for any additional damage. After determining that the damage was isolated to just the flashing, we proceeded with installing a new zincalume flashing on all four sides of the chimney.

Not only did we ensure that the new flashing was securely installed, we also took extra care to comply with VBA regulations by angle grinding an over flashing into the bricks of the chimney. This not only provided a clean and professional finish, but also prevented any potential future leaks.
